Tasting note
Very intense crimson with ruby red shimmer. Sensual and richly scented on the nose, with notes of wild berries and noble wood, accompanied by vanilla, licorice, cocoa and a hint of black pepper. Complex and powerful on the palate, intense red and dark berries, fine roasted aromas, lots of melting, present and juicy tannins. A wine that, despite its concentration, appears elegant and sensual. Very long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
