Tasting note
Pale straw yellow, enhanced by a crystal-clear, persistent perlage, which brings out the fine overtones of pears, citrus and white flowers to the fullest. Wonderfully fruity, sweet and wonderfully fresh on the palate, with a perfectly balanced texture that combines soft acidity and lively, creamy effervescence.
Culinary recommendation
To toast in any social situation. But this Prosecco is also an all-rounder as a food companion. It goes particularly well with fish and seafood, but also with patisserie such as cream cuts.
Vinification
Harvest the grapes in mid-September. Expansion in steel tanks. Extra dry with 17g residual sugar per liter.
