About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei St-Michael in the picturesque and fertile landscape of South Tyrol masters this white wine. We have a special, provocative white wine from 2021 for you, which is popular with many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Sauvignon Blanc with goat cheese or white meat.
Tasting note
Thanks to the pure aging in stainless steel, the pure fruit rotates in the glass. The bouquet of this wine smells intensely of grapefruit, honey and gooseberries; the palate starts off fresh and fruity and then flows into a juicy middle, which rolls into the finale for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
South Tyrol's asparagus wine also goes wonderfully with light Asian dishes such as sushi or Thai chicken skewers with peanut sauce (saté), but also alpine delicacies such as quail breast with chanterelle tartare.
Vinification
Fermentation and aging on yeast in steel tanks until the end of February.
