The Dream Vintage Grand Cru is a mature and balanced champagne, which was aged in the bottle for at least four years and made only from Chardonnay grapes from the oldest vines in the champagne estate. The Blanc de Blancs presents itself on the nose with intense aromas of bright stone fruits, paired with a refreshing citrus note, which make the champagne look crystal clear. On the palate, the citrus character is repeated, but plays more into the mandarin aroma, which are finely interwoven with a spicy ginger and slightly cool mint note and are followed by an exciting minerality. Lively, fine-bubbled mousse invigorates the palate! Once again, a great Clouet in our selection.
