About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape beauty of Valais, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Maurice Gay masters with a keen sense of texture. With the special Assemblage Crete d'Or nobles cepages rouges du Valais AOC Valais d'Or from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends.

Tasting note
Intense dark red with plum reflections. Charming, with a light woody tone, cassis and blackberry aromas. Full-bodied, racy, toasted notes with a hint of vanilla, well-integrated tannins. Persistent finish, velvety, with aromas of red berries.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with porcini risotto, stockfish, stewed red meat, veal chop with mushrooms, venison in hunter's sauce, soft cheese, black chocolate desserts.
