About the wine
Blooming and enchanting landscapes of Provence give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Alain Pascal conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. If you're looking for something special, then don't miss out on this striking Grenache 2012 — Bandol Domaine Gros Nore. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This grenache is excellent to serve with red meat or spicy food.
Tasting note
On the nose, the wine bewitches with typical Provencal notes, some cherries with a lot of concentration of fruit and animal notes. A lot of substance on the palate and a very fresh acidity and a long-lasting finish. A wine that has incredible ageing potential, but is also a lot of fun when young.
Culinary recommendation
Provencal cuisine, beef and lamb, grilled meats, hearty stews and stews, ripe cheeses.
