This biting red wine — Barbera d'Alba DOC Raimonda crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the Italian winery Fontanafredda has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Vinification
Information about vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation on the mash for 7-8 days at 28-30° C., malolactic fermentation takes place. Ageing 60% in French and Slavonian oak barrels and 40% in small French and American oak barriques.
