About the wine
With the fine BAROLO DOCG Bricco Boschis, which was produced in 2009, you will definitely enjoy it. The picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cavallotto B. Boschis conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.
Bio
Tasting note
Carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes that are still pressed according to old tradition. The young wine is then stored in large oak barrels from Slavonia for up to 5 years. This Barolo brings an incomparable complexity of aromas ranging from roses to violets to tar and truffles. Barolo should generally be decant a few hours before being enjoyed.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with brasato, venison and lamb dishes.
