The winemaker from the French winery Duval-Leroy greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Champagne countryside. Light gold color. This cuvée unfolds the classic balance of the 2009 vintage, perfectly expressing the freshness and nobility of this great champagne vintage.

Goes well as a gourmet aperitif, with fish or vegetable terrines, fish dishes, e.g. sea bass in salt crust with vegetable julienne sauce, white meat with cream.
