François Carillon runs his domain, taken over from father Louis, under his own name. And this name is almost concept, because literally translated Carillon means glockenspiel. The wines of François, who knows exactly what he wants, are also bell-clear: Elegance and balance are the magic words, the use of new wood is discreet. The crystalline mineral has an invigorating effect. This applies to his large Chardonnays from Chassagne as well as to the wonderful, fresh house wine Burgundy made from the Aligoté grape.
