The Chardonnay grapes for this white wine come from the “Le Poteau” single vineyard in the Grand Cru municipality of Bouzy. Aged for around 18 months in 350 liter oak barrels. The nose shows aromas of white peaches, citrus fruits, juicy pears and subtle exoticism in the form of green papaya, spiced with finely smoky precious wood tones and notes of dried flowers and herbs. On the palate, showing nice crunchy freshness and juicy fruit, again supported by fine mineral saltiness in the finale. ONLY 611 BOTTLES PRODUCED!
