About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Barone Ricasoli - Castello di Brolio conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. This dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Brolio Chianti Classico is a triumph to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or Gruyère burger.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red, floral aromas of violets and iris. Red fruits and balsamic nuances. Soft palate, elegant, well-integrated tannins. The wine is balanced, mineral with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, grill, Mediterranean cuisine and vegetables.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 24°C to 27°C. The skin maceration lasted 14-16 days. Nine months in Tonneaux.
