About the wine
Wine obtained by gently pressing the hand-harvested Merlot grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in steel vats to preserve the aromas of the grape variety. The wine remains on the lees in stainless steel tanks for a few months before it bubbles.
Tasting note
Bright money. Has an intense and persistent fruity bouquet that is reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits. The palate is harmonious, fragrant and with a hint of fresh fruit. The perlage and its softness make this wine velvety and pleasant.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif and goes very well with sausages, starters and light vegetable dishes.
