About the wine
After handpicking, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and macerated with their skins on for a very short time. The must from the first pressing is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After a short maturing period, it is bottled young to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas of Merlot.

Tasting note
Color: soft bright pink Fragrance: Intense, fine with scents of dogrose, raspberry and wild strawberry. Taste: dry, fresh, fairly soft with an olfactory return of fresh fruit and a pleasantly citrusy and refreshing finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif, with local charcuterie and fresh cheese.
