About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Marco Felluga masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Friuli. With this dominant red wine 2017 — Cabernet Sauvignon Collio doc, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. Next, the distinctive nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
