Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque and sunny landscape of Sardinia. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This carignan can be served very well with duck or red meat.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red in the glass with a violet shimmer. On the nose, it reveals an intense, persistent bouquet with clear aromas of dark fruits and marmalade. In addition, the wine is delicately spicy and is reminiscent of walnuts, wild berries and is complemented by balsamic notes. Balanced on the palate with velvety tannins, a full harmonious taste and persistent fruity notes with a long aftertaste.
