The winemaker from the Dominio de Aranleon winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. With this dominant sparkling wine — Cava Brut Organic DOP Soló, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Bio
Tasting note
This cava has a very fine and elegant perlage with persistent foam. On the nose, intense aromas of pears and apples with notes of lime and white flowers. The palate is then fresh with a well-integrated acidity that leaves a floral long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all types of fish, seafood and light summer salads. It also goes well with fish soup (such as bouillabaisse) or as an aperitif and with small starters and appetizers.
