Combines the power, depth and complexity of a great vintage without sacrificing the typical Billecart Salmon freshness and breed. Rich nose of ripe lemons, yellow fruit and brioche, indicating subtle wood. On the palate, the fine bubbly mousse stands out first, then the ripe fruit acidity and the intoxicating aromas: yellow fruits again, plus red berries and crême brûlée, apple strudel, fine nougat notes, minute finish.
