Tasting note
Bright golden yellow, very delicate mousseux. Very subdued bouquet, hints of ripe yellow apple, some honey, hints of sponge cake. Medium complexity, sweet yellow fruit, hints of peach, subtle acidity, sweet aftertaste, a bit of length is missing, apricots in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Mediterranean cuisine and cheese.
Vinification
At least three years on the lees (sur latte).
