Tasting note
The Buitenverwachting Chardonnay shows the great attention and care of the winemakers. It is lively, intense and of natural beauty. In the glass, it sparkles in elegant straw yellow. Its bouquet is filled with a dense vanilla scent. On the palate, the Chardonnay is very full-bodied, creamy and is characterized by dense aromas of lime, lemon and again vanilla. The strong, mineral tones are beautifully surrounded by slightly buttery accents. The finale of the Buitenverwachting Chardonnay is refreshing and lasts a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom and pasta dishes with a light sauce.
