About the wine
This wonderful Chardonnay adds a touch of French flair to summer. It even has trace notes of madeleines. Perfect for “tête-à-têtes” on the balcony.

Tasting note
A refreshing and complex white wine with aromas of lemon cake, fresh banana and pear followed by toasted aromas of pralines, vanilla and candied chestnuts.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with French-inspired broth with fresh herbs.
Vinification
The Chardonnay la Villette is fermented in barrique, 10 to 12 days of fermentation in French and American oak barrels. This is followed by a barrel ageing on the lees for 6 months!
