Tasting note
Purple color, transitioning to garnet red. High viscosity On the nose, notes of blackcurrants, blueberries, mulberries and blackberries. In addition, there are notes of gingerbread spice, dark chocolate and cocoa bean. Pleasantly dry, silky and meaty texture. On the finish, it delights with beautiful length and renewed hints of blueberries and mulberries, complemented by notes of limestone and gravel.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect accompanies stuffed peppers, goose breast with ginger-red cabbage and marjoram or braised chicken in red wine.
