About the wine
Château de Malessert is a historic gem of Swiss cultural heritage and dates back to the 10th century. In respect of its Alsatian and Epicurean history, the Sother family, who have owned the town since 2020, would like to make this cultural and wine-growing heritage dynamic. This Premier Grand Cru develops complex floral aromas with fruity and mineral notes and is an excellent aperitif wine.

Very good aperitif wine, with cheese specialties, fondue, raclette, cheesecake, but also highly appreciated with freshwater fish and vegetable and fish pies.
