About the wine
In the north of the city of Bordeaux are the clayey, gravelly soils that offer the winemaker from the French winery Château Latour everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Chateau Latour 1er Grand Cru Classe Pauillac, which was produced in 2011.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Latour is presented in a dark ruby garnet red with purple reflections. Its fine bouquet captivates with floral nuances and pleasant aromas of dark berries. The palate is full-bodied, very powerful with perfectly integrated tannins, when it has reached its drinking maturity. Aromas of fine chocolate, berry jam and a wonderful extract sweetness also caress the mouth. A wine with great potential that still has a long future ahead of it.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: at least 9 years.
