The charismatic (former university professor) Francis Courselle and his two daughters, both oenologists, run this flagship winery in La Sauve in the Entre-Deux-Mers area. The success of the winery is based on red wines on the one hand, but above all on white wines: the classic barrique cuvée “Francis Courselle” shows the generous aroma of a first-class white Bordeaux. It is fun at a young age, but it also gains in complexity over a few years.
