About the wine
Paneretta is one of the oldest wineries in the Chianti Classico area: the first harvest is described in agricultural documents in 1596. Paneretta's policy of continuing the autochthonous Sangiovese route was understood by the market much later, Torre a Destra Reserve, 100% Sangiovese, becomes an award-winning wine (gold medal in the Tuscan Red Trophy, International Wine Challenge London, 2006), but above all very well known. The Chianti Classico DOCG is a full-bodied riserva that is irresistibly inviting to drink.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Nose: complex with notes of undergrowth and cherries. On the palate: full and harmonious with soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal for all meals and goes perfectly with roast meat, game and aged cheeses such as pecorino. Try it with Hungarian goulash.
