About the wine
Do you already know the distinctive Merlot Chianti DOCG Riserva with the 2011 vintage? If not, it's time! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Corte Medicea masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
Ripened with cherries and spicy aromas, nice start. Not too bulky, with a balanced structure in which the fine tannins are perfectly integrated, with acidity and fruit. Still youthfully fresh on the palate, the berry-cherry aroma is complemented by an unobtrusive oak barrel seasoning. Present, but not massive in the finish with a convincing length. </p> <p>Composition: Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 15%</p>
