Tasting note
The Cinsault has a beautiful bouquet of raspberries, crushed strawberries and delicate rose petal aromas, very floral and refined. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy red berry fruits, a fine line of acidity and notes of cranberries and pomegranates, blended with hints of tea leaf, towards the concentrated, light but long finish. Very good.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with strong meats such as game, lamb or beef and various types of cheese.
