Tasting note
Before pressing, the Malvasia grapes are cold macerated for a short time. This accentuates the formation of aromas. Must and young wine are aged in caratelli's second filling. Depending on the quality of the vintage, Nicola Manferrari pulls some of the barrels onto bottles as selezione.

Goes well with aperitif, antipasti, fish and charcuterie.
