About the wine

Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Shiraz 2019 — Cuvée Danglas. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Château de Paraza masters this red wine in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Shiraz with game or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
Nice garnet red. This red blend develops exquisite aromas of plum, sour cherry and licorice. Well-rounded structure, well-integrated tannins, perfect balance, pleasant length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, anchovies, vineyard snails, oyster mushrooms, stuffed guinea fowl, stew, grilled meatballs, burgundy style beef, rabbit pepper, mild soft and semi-hard cheeses.
