About the wine
With the special Dão DOC Quinta da Saes Encruzado from 2017, you will positively surprise your guests. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Alvaro Castro masters this white wine in the sunny landscape of Dão.

Tasting note
Pale, almost colorless with shades of green. On the nose, citrus and green apple notes are overlaid with wet stone, salt and white flowers. Heavy on the palate, but balanced, with a precise finish. Juicy, generous citrus and stone fruits give way to an intense mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, freshwater fish, saltwater fish and seafood.
Vinification
This white wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. A 3-month battonage gives it complex yeast aromas. A white wine without the use of wood.
