Tasting note
Nice pale yellow. A complex, intense bouquet with mineral, fruity notes, framed by a touch of exotic fruit. An elegant, expressive wine that ends in a long-lasting, pleasant finale.

It goes well with fish terrines, millerin-style freshwater fish or sauce, seafood, chicken breast with white wine sauce, hard cheese and blue cheese.
