About the wine

Tasting note
The 2018 vintage features a wonderful ruby red robe and a bouquet with notes of griotte cherries and licorice. The start on the palate is smooth and wine-rich with roasted aromas and notes of peppermint. The long aftertaste is supported by spicy notes. The variety of intense aromas combined with velvety tannins gives the wine great freshness and taste.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Domaines Ott Château Romassan Bandol AOC, wooden box goes great with vegetables, burgers with blue cheese and red meat. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 15°-16°C.
