About the wine
Ego Bodegas has 25 hectares of vineyards, with varieties such as Petit Verdot, Syrah, Monastrell, Chardonnay and Moscatel. Some of the vines are over 50 years old. They are situated in a privileged location in the Jumilla area. The Ego Bodegas is not far from the city of Murcia.

Tasting note
Bright golden yellow, rich aroma of ripe fruit with typical floral notes of the Moscatel grape. Long, oily in the mouth and leaves a pleasant taste of white grapes.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Don Baffo Blanco D.O. Jumilla harmoniert hervorragend mit Weichkäse, Fisch mit Kräutern und Spargeln. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: 1 - 3 Jahre nach Ernte.
