Tasting note
Very dark, intense color. Rich fruity scent of black cherries, dark plums, chocolate with well-integrated and discreet oak notes. Very rich structure on the palate with great freshness and minerality. The velvety tannins are long, supple and elegant. Long, persistent soft finish. A wine with great aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Very good with dark meats, barbecues, game and mature cheese
Vinification
The grapes are picked manually, destemmed and carefully squeezed. Fermentation at 26°C. Storage in 400l French oak barrels for 12 months.
