Tasting note
Very dark, intense color. Rich fruity scent of black cherries, dark plums, chocolate with well-integrated and discreet oak notes. Very rich structure on the palate with great freshness and minerality. The velvety tannins are long, supple and elegant. Long, lingering soft finish. A wine with great aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with dark meat, grilled meats, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are picked out manually, stemmed and carefully crushed. Fermentation at 26° C. Storage for 12 months in 400 l French oak barrels.
