The winemaker from the Spanish winery Príncipe de Viana masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Chardonnay can be served very well with truffles or asparagus.
Tasting note
Light lemon yellow with fine green reflections. Fruity citrus aromas with nuances of apricot and pineapple, subtle floral notes and lovely spicy notes in the finale. Body: Fresh start, enveloping and present on the palate, indicated minerality, subtle acidity and a long-lasting, fruity finish. Quality: Complex, fresh yet elegant white wine — an exciting combination of the three major grape varieties.
