With the special Exuberantya VDT Castilla from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Heredad de Urueña has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the hallmarks of this red wine, which originates in the enchanting and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon).

Tasting note
Tiefes Rot mit violetten Reflexen.Blumig-fruchtige Nase mit Noten von Veilchen und Aromen von schwarzen Beeren (Cassis, Brombeeren) und Lakritze. Im Mund sehr kräftig (14, 5% Vol.) und dennoch elegant mit runden Tanninen und langem, würzigem Finish.
Culinary recommendation
Passt zu Grillfleisch und -fischs sowie Paella.
Vinification
10 Monate in Barrique aus französicher (60%) und amerikanischer (40%) Eiche ausgebaut.Gesamtproduktion: 2.000 Flaschen.
