Tasting note
Brick red color, velvety on the palate. Thanks to the blending, the weight of the older wines blends with the freshness and complexity of the younger wines to create a finely balanced overall enjoyment.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with desserts with nuts, eggs, caramel, vanilla or coffee, as well as aged cheeses. Can also be drunk as an aperitif, slightly chilled. The combination with foie gras is also very interesting.
