Tasting note
Light yellow with slightly grey and greenish tones. On the nose, floral scent of vine and lime blossoms, mineral extract of flint and silex. On the palate, with a lively start and a sour tip that gives it freshness and vivacity. A fine and light, fruity, harmonious and full-bodied wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Apéro Raclette/Fondue.
