Medium-bodied ruby red - classic Syrah nose with notes of ripe red berries and plums as well as spicy hints of white pepper and cloves, plus subtle tones of cigar box and leather. On the palate, too, a typical Syrah, which shines with a combination of aromas of red berries, spicy notes of pepper, cedarwood and leather, as well as fleshy tones. The wine is fresh and juicy, yet thoroughly rich, complex and of good length. The ageing took place for 18 months in French oak from the first, second and third filling.
