With the powerful Chardonnay 2011 — Franciacorta Bellavista Gran Cuvee DOCG La Scala Brut, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Bellavista masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and beautiful landscape of Lombardy. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with asparagus or truffles.

Tasting note
In a straw-yellow glass. Very fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of white fruit, candied citrus and hawthorn and elderflower. Elegant but powerful and complex on the palate with a very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, risotto and fish.
Vinification
Very careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. At least a quarter of the wine is aged in barriques for seven months.
