Tasting note
Straw yellow in color. On the nose, fine yeasty notes, white flowers, yellow apple, passion fruit. Dry on the palate, well-integrated carbonic acid, elegant structure, with a nice density and lots of fruit on the long finish.

Vinification
The wine is bottled in spring after harvest and matures in contact with the yeasts for at least 24 months. After removal, the bottles rest in the cellar for at least another 2 months.
