Tasting note
The Cuvée Essence Noir Extra Brut Millesimato is only produced in very good vintages and is offered with an indication of the vintage. It is made from 100% Pinot Nero. Ageing on lees begins 6 months after harvest and lasts at least 36 months, and the wine is left to rest in the cellar for a further 6 months before it is released for sale.
