About the wine

The “Golan Cabernet Sauvignon” features characters of plum, cherry, chocolate and coffee, as well as light notes of herbs and a refined background of oak. This aromatic, medium-bodied and inviting wine is excellent for daily enjoyment. The “Golan Cabernet Sauvignon” is made from grapes that come from vineyards on the Golan Heights and an additional vineyard from Upper Galilee. The wine matures for a total of six months, in French and American barrels. This attractive red wine remains in excellent drinking condition for up to five years. Enjoy the wine with roasted poultry, a delicious shepherd's cake or a creamy risotto.
