Eneko enchants the gourmets of the world with his avant-garde cuisine in the Azurmendi restaurant in Labarretzu (3 Michelin stars) and Uncle Gorka provides him with the right wine. He has developed the typical Basque txakoli into an elegant white wine — by preserving the exceptional freshness of the Basque classic, but giving it significantly more body. Absolutely fresh!
Tasting note
Beautiful straw yellow with green luster and metallic iridescence. A very intense bouquet that combines a base of fresh apple and balsamic with hints of lime blossom and subtle notes of citrus. Very lively on the palate, with a nice body and perfectly integrated acidity. Long finish.
