Tasting note
Brilliant, clear red. Fruity on the nose, with dominant notes of cassis and floral aromas. Very fruity, silky tannins on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with refined dishes, red meat and chocolate.

Ageing in stainless steel tanks (60%) and 40% in wooden barriques
