About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné grows this wine in the countryside of the Côtes du Rhône. With the dominant Shiraz 2005 — Hermitage La Chapelle AC, nuances and accents are redefined. Tasting note
Dense and complex bouquet, which usually looks a bit closed in youth. Dark berries, violets and you think you can smell the granite stones of the Hermitage hill. Soft and dense on the palate, a powerful, spicy and mineral wine with an endless finish.
