About the wine
Do you already know the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon JK Cuvée with the 2015 vintage? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the Austrian winery Jacqueline Klein has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. This wine was created from the best barrels of the three varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot from the 2017 vintage, and shows deep dark ruby in color, nuances of tobacco, dark chocolate, notes of cassis and elegant spiciness. All this is also reflected very nicely on the palate, accompanied by fine tannins and excellent roasted aromas. A wine with an opaque core, complexity, long shelf life and an excellent finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, grilled meats and game dishes as well as hard and soft cheeses.
