The winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny countryside of Vaud. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Chasselas 2018 — La Borne Dézaley Grand Cru! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine these chasselas with terrines or fish.

Tasting note
Sparkling pale yellow Intense, complex bouquet, with mineral notes of flint and silex, very fruity with delicious aromas of citrus and fruit with white flesh. Fruity first impression, beautifully rounded, with mineral and spicy notes. Aromatic finish with a bitter almond tip typical of Dézaley.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with shellfish, sauce, veal breads, mature hard cheese.
